Bollywood Veteran Actress Sridevi and her producer husband Boney Kapoor launched retail property Maitreya Greens housing project here on 26th May 2013 i.e. Sunday and also became the first to book a flat there.

The property spread over an area of 10 acres of land is the first ever Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Gold pre-certified project.

The project was inaugurated at Pathardi after 'Bhoomipooja' ceremony along with actor Milind Gunaji. The couple also booked a flat in the property being the first ever customers of the project.

 Varsha M. Satpalkar, CMD, Maitreya Group, said that it is  to be an eco-friendly green housing project, Maitreya Greens provides facilities such as rain water harvesting, a vermi-compost pit, solar water heater and a garbage shaft to enable the residents to live a holistic lifestyle.

King Nagarjuna's new movie with Tadakha director Dolly...

Nagarjuna is ready to act in Kishore Pardasani ('Tadakha' fame) direction. This movie is going to start later this year. Nagarjuna was quite impressed with Dolly's direction work in 'Tadakha' Movie. Bellamkonda Suresh is going to produce this film.  Nagarjuna agreed to do the film without any hesitation. Dolly has already prepared a script. The cast and other details will be announced soon.

Ramcharan new movie with Koratala Siva shooting starts from 31st May..

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s new film is will  start on May 31^st. Koratala Siva is directing this movie. As per source, Catherine Tresa will play in female lead role opposite Ram Charan. Bandla Ganesh is going to produce the film. The unit is also planning to reveal the film’s title and logo on the day of its launch. Music Direction will going to play Anup Rubens expected. Akkikneni Nagarjuna's new movie 'BHAI' complete his scheduled in Slovenia. Recently the movie went to Slovenia to shoot a couple of songs on Nagarjuna ,Richa Gangopadhyay and Kamna Jaitmalani in beautiful locations . The new Schedule is going to start from 28^th  in Hyderabad.This flick is being directed by Veerabhadram. At present the Editing works for 'Bhai' are going in Annapurna studios. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and Akkineni Nagarjuna is producing this film on Annapurna Studios banner.

PAVAN KALYAN AGAIN OPEN HIS VOICE FOR KOBALI MOVIE

Mega Hero Pavan Kalyan is going to Share his voice with singers in his upcoming movie. Trivikram is directing this movie " KOBALI ". Previously, Pavan gave his voice for few songs in his films including Thammudu, Badri, Kushi and Johnny.  Presently, Trivikram shooting a romantic song on Pavan and Samantha special set in Ramoji Film City. It was Devi Sri Prasad who has insisted the powerstar to sing a song in the movie. This special song will be recorded soon.

The shooting of the movie " kobali " in Hyderabad will come to an end on May 25th and the unit will be leaving for Spain for a month-long schedule. Trivikram is planning to complete shooting before august 7th 2013.
